We would like to acknowledge that Karen Zianewski is no longer employed with our company after 25 years of dedicated service. We sincerely thank Karen for her many years of hard work, commitment, and contributions to the Queen Anne’s Gate community, and we wish her all the best moving forward.

To help keep your apartment and the community in good condition, please keep the following in mind:

Submit maintenance requests or community concerns promptly so we can assist you as quickly as possible

We will continue to communicate important updates via email and posted notices

Reporting small issues early can help prevent larger repairs and damage

Keep drains flowing by avoiding pouring grease, food scraps, or debris down sinks

Use drain strainers whenever possible to help prevent clogs

Office Closure – MLK Day

The Queen Anne’s Gate Management Office, Leasing Office, and Maintenance Office will be closed on Monday, January 19th, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

If you have a maintenance emergency during this time, please call 866-777-4154.

We also kindly ask that you do not place trash in common areas, such as laundry rooms. Please dispose of all personal trash directly into the trash receptacles provided. Thank you for helping keep our community clean and tidy for everyone.

Dispose of trash regularly to help prevent odors and pests

Use caution when walking on sidewalks and stairways during icy conditions

Report slippery areas or maintenance concerns to the office as soon as possible

Contact the office immediately for emergencies such as no heat, water leaks, or burst pipes

Q: Do you have cameras on the property?
A: No, we do not.

Q: What can I do if my packages keep getting stolen?
A: You can have them delivered to local access points for pickup instead of sending them directly to your address, if you’re concerned about theft.

Q: Where do my visitors park?
A: Every parking lot has designated visitor parking, labeled on the cement. Any vehicle without a parking sticker that parks in resident spaces is subject to tow.
