Do you own a car?

You'll need to register it for parking!

Parking stickers are required for all residents. Be sure to contact the Management Office to obtain a parking sticker. If you are just moving into our community, review your parking needs with your Leasing Agent.

By clicking the ‘Submit’ button below, I, the above-named resident, agree that I have reviewed the parking rules and regulations which are a part of my lease agreement. I agree that I am responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules while at Queen Anne's Gate Apartments. I understand that until I am issued a resident parking sticker, I must make sure that my vehicle has a valid day or overnight pass on it at all times to avoid being towed at my risk and expense. I also understand that each household is allowed only one free parking registration for each bedroom in their home. If you require an additional parking registration, you will be charged an additional fee of $25 per month. You may register no more cars than one plus the number of bedrooms in your household. I also understand that I am responsible for notifying the Management Office if I am going out of town and leaving my vehicle at Queen Anne's Gate. I also understand that the access granted to me by the parking registration is not to be shared with guests of any kind. Guests are not, under any circumstances, permitted to use my parking access for their vehicles.
