All you need to know about routine and emergency service requests!

Ways to request service!

  • In the event of an emergency please call 911 for the Fire Department, Police Department or Emergency Medical Service.

  • Through your resident portal you can submit routine service requests. Click here to submit your request.

  • Emergency Service Requests and routine service requests can be logged 24-hours a day 365 days a year by calling 866.777.4154.

  • If you are locked out of your apartment call our hotline at 866.777.4154, there is a $50 fee associated with the lock-out service.

  • Emergency service requests will be addressed immediately.

Emergency service request

  • No hot water

  • Security door lock issues (entry and apartment doors)

  • No heat

  • Clogged toilets (if the apartment has only one)

  • No electricity

  • Lock-outs (additional fees may apply)

  • Broken windows

  • Refrigerator issues (where loss of food could occur)

  • Fires

  • Emergency pull cords (where provided)

  • Floods

  • Natural disasters

  • Sewer back-ups

  • Water leaks (where harm to resident or property could occur)

  • Gas leaks

Vacation & safety tips

  • For extended parking during snowstorms please contact our management team for tips

  • Check all appliances to guarantee they are turned off

  • Check cupboards for unwrapped food and empty the garbage

  • Check the refrigerator before you leave, and give perishables to a neighbor

  • Arrange to have newspapers and mail held until your return

  • Ensure that all windows are closed and locked, and that all window coverings are closed

  • Consider connecting a timer to lights or a radio to deter potential intruders
