How Do I Join?

  • All you need to do is check out our online availability

  • Choose a move-in date

  • Find your favorite floor plan

  • Click Join Waitlist

  • From there you will fill out your application entirely online

  • During the online application process, you will pay $300 deposit. When you move in, this deposit will go towards your firt month’s rent. If any any point you decide to cancel your application with the Future Residents Club, your $300 deposit is 100% refundable.

We’re Flexible

The prices on this page are based on 12 month leases. But if you’re looking for a shorter lease term, that totally works too. Here are the additional monthly prices for shorter leases:

  • 1 Bedroom apartments

  • 9-10 month leases - add $250 per month

  • 6-8 month leases - add $300 per month

  • 2 Bedroom apartments

  • 9-10 month leases - add $350 per month

  • 6-8 month leases - add $400 per month
