Community Updates

Our Commitment to Sustainability

We are proud to announce that we have recently switched our waste and recycling provider to Troupe. Troupe Waste & Recycling provides Single Stream Recycling, which means recyclables can be mixed together. The recycling container will be marked with recycle decals, as well as blue lids. Please view the guidelines describing what can be recycled, as well as what is considered a contaminant.

Resident Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center can be accessed from 5 AM to 11 PM through a Fitness Center Key Fob. Please request the fob by completing the Fitness Center Key Fob.

Manager's and Maintenance Notes

  • ORDER MORE KEYS: If you need additional keys, please complete this form, and our management team will reach out to you directly.

RESIDENT PORTAL: The resident portal is your one-stop-shop for paying rent, receiving community updates, submitting non-emergency maintenance requests, and more! If you haven’t stopped by our Resident Portal lately, you don’t know what you are missing.

NO SMOKING POLICY: This is a smoke-free property. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Smoking of any kind on the property is a lease violation. Please make sure your visitors are informed of our policy.

PARKING REMINDER: All resident-owned vehicles must obtain a resident parking sticker to avoid towing at the owner’s expense. If your vehicle is in need of a parking sticker or you recently switched vehicles and have not yet obtained a parking sticker, please click here to register your car. Parking stickers must be placed on the front windshield, in the bottom left-hand corner behind the steering wheel. If you are renting a vehicle temporarily, you must notify management to obtain an orange temporary parking pass.

Please inform your visitors/guests to park in visitor parking, not in resident parking spaces. Resident parking spaces are for residents only. We appreciate your cooperation.

RESIDENT PHONE COMMUNICATION: Please make sure you are updating us with your contact information (phone/email) to receive alerts (e.g. snow removal). If you would like to update your contact information, please fill out this form and deliver it to the management office.

PET OWNERS: Please be respectful to your neighbors and make sure you are picking up after your dog and not allowing it to go near the building’s entrances, resident’s windows, and patios. Please review our pet policy and registration page here.

    Rui Santos, Property Manager.

  • IMPORTANT: If you have a work order emergency such as fire, flood, no power, no heat, water leak or no water. Please call our 24/7 Maintenance line at 866-777-4154.

HALLWAYS, VESTIBULES, & STAIRWAYS: All hallways, vestibules and stairways in common areas of the building must be kept free of obstructions. Shoes, boots, mats, toys, bikes, etc., must be kept inside your apartment and cannot be left out.

SERVICE REQUESTS: Additional service requests must be made by contacting our maintenance request line (866-777-4154) or Resident Portal. Please let us know if you have a pet.

For more information about Resident Service Request take a look here.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL REMINDER: Please do not discard the following items in your garbage disposal. Bones (of any kind), Celery, Potato Peels, Egg Shells, Fruit Pits, Grease, Pasta, Rice, and coffee grounds. These items do not break down easy which then causes back ups to the drains.

TOILET CLOGS: Please be mindful by disposing personal/baby wipes, feminine products, paper towels in the trash instead. When these items are being flushed, this causes a large problem to your apartment and your neighbors who are closest to the drain lines as they will experience a drain backup. You should only be flushing down toilet paper.

Seasonal Tips

Winter Safety Tips: Winter safety is crucial for both personal well-being and property protection. Here are some winter safety tips to remember.

  • Winter Tires: Consider installing winter tires with proper tread depth for better traction on snow and ice.

Slow Down: Reduce your speed and increase following distance to account for slippery roads.

Brake Gently: Apply brakes gently to avoid skidding. If your vehicle has anti-lock brakes (ABS), apply steady pressure.

Clear Snow: Before driving, remove all snow and ice from your vehicle, including windows, mirrors, lights, and the roof.

Stay Informed: Check weather and road conditions before heading out, and consider delaying travel during severe winter storms.

Emergency Kit: Carry an emergency kit in your vehicle, including items like a flashlight, blanket, extra clothing, non-perishable food, and a cell phone charger.

  • Walk Carefully: Take shorter steps and walk slowly to maintain balance on icy or snowy sidewalks and pathways.

Footwear: Wear shoes or boots with good traction and non-slip soles. Consider adding ice cleats for additional grip.

Handrails: Always use handrails when available, especially when navigating stairs or ramps.

  • Heating Safety: Keep flammable materials away from heaters and never leave them unattended.

Emergency Supplies: Prepare an emergency kit that includes blankets, flashlights, batteries, non-perishable food, bottled water, and a first-aid kit. Store it in an easily accessible location in case of power outages or emergencies.

Candle Safety: If you use candles, never leave them unattended, and place them on stable surfaces away from flammable materials.

Winter Clothing: Dress warmly when going outside in cold weather. Wear layers, a winter coat, gloves, a hat, and waterproof boots to stay dry and warm.

Emergency Contacts: Keep a list of important emergency contacts. Be sure that you update the management office with your current phone number and email address, as well as your emergency contacts.

Crack Your Windows: In the winter months please be sure to vent your apartment by cracking a window to let cool air in as the new windows are very air tight and changing the air in the apartment will keep the air flowing.
